Cover - Loved it. At first glance, you think it is just a super cool cover but the sunglasses are a symbol to Alex's blindness.
Formatting / Appearance - Overall, I didn't have any issues with this and I loved the little symbols and chapter introduction.
Story - As a writer, I think it IS a bit challenging to portray a world you do not experience. But Chand succeeds in portraying Alex's blindness and conveys his challenges as well as his triumphs. Each descriptions seems to be well thought of and well planned to coincide with the story she wants to tell.
What I liked - The story is unique and it keeps you glued. You want to know more Alex's adventures and blind or not, he comes off as a charming hero any girl will want to spend time with.
What I didn't like - There are bits of the story that seem to distract you from what is actually happening at the moment but I think this is an issue with preference and on the whole had no effect on the story.
Rating - 4.5 / 5 stars.
