Featured in this first volume:
The Door: Six people are stuck in a room with no memory of how they got there while a fear of the unknown keeps them from opening the only exit they have.
Blackout: A terrifying tale of a young woman whose memory is shattered and a creepy neighbor who is not all that he seems.
Infinity: Two brothers, forced to travel through time to save the world from an unspeakable evil, have little idea of what they have actually gotten themselves into.
Eye of the Wolf: A young girl struggles against the power of the full moon as she tries to hide her deadly secret from her family.
Afterdeath: In a future where our journey beyond death is no longer a mystery, the promise of eternal love waits, unless you break the rules.
Imagine the shock, imagine the sadness when a daughter discovers her father’s work, the poetry he had never shared with anyone during the last two decades of his life. Six years after that moment of discovery, which happened in her childhood home while mourning for his passing, Uvi Poznansky presents a tender tribute: a collection of poems and prose, half of which is written by her, and half—by her father, the author, poet and artist Zeev Kachel.
Zeev’s writing is always autobiographical in nature; you can view it as an ongoing diary of his life. Uvi’s writing is rarely so, especially when it comes to her prose. She is a storyteller who delights in conjuring up various figments of her imagination, and fleshing them out on paper. She sees herself chasing her characters with a pen, in an attempt to see the world from their point of view, and to capture their voices. But in some of her poems, she offers you a rare glimpse into her most guarded, intensely private moments, yearning for Home.
Dark Entry is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents in the work are either products of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual events or locales or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.
Now it's up to Deacon and Fitz, an old driller, to track Broderick down and rescue the ancient artifact. The unlikely companions are thrust into a harrowing adventure across the polar plateau, where they must survive the brutal climate, as well as a mysterious entity that will stop at nothing to prevent them from acquiring the golden Pyramid of Symbols.
Along the way, Deacon deciphers the pyramid's magical symbols and unlocks a secret that will lead him to an even larger mystery thriving below the ice. It is there that Deacon learns what is truly at stake….
Years pass, but neither has been successful at forgetting the other.
When they finally meet face to face and old desires are at once rekindled, Lynna is abducted by pirates and swept away to a lush tropical paradise. Will her rogue captain rescue her? Or will she accept her fate and submit to the notorious pirate captain?
Like two ill-aligned stars, Shyanne Kedar and Greyson Dane were destined to collide. She was a smuggler’s daughter, and he, an interstellar lawman. Their affair was scorching, dazzling…and ended like a supernova, in a blaze of betrayal.
A LOVE REKINDLED
Ten years later, the flames haven’t cooled. Shyanne’s lush body, the twist of her lips and the fire in her eyes—all radiate the same magnetism that ensnared Greyson before, and now he’s truly her prisoner. But as much as things have changed, they remain exactly the same. Danger threatens. Humanity’s fate hangs in the balance. And though his tempting captor doesn’t know it, if Greyson’s plan succeeds, it will save mankind…and lose him the only woman he ever loved. This time, forever.
The trait under the microscope in this edition is charisma. Despite popular belief, charisma is not something we are born with, it can be learnt. (Read that sentence again.)
In this book i'll guide you through the specific characteristics that make up charisma and how you can incorporate them into your life. I'll also use examples from some of the most charismatic people of the last century, including Muhammad Ali, Bill Clinton and Adolf Hitler.
Charisma is only a click away.
