Cover - Extremely symbolic and I loved it. When you let go of your inhibitions, and leave your comfort zone you are able to reach higher levels.
Formatting / Appearance - Overall, there are no issues. Chapters are divided into different levels (i.e. Seven Levels) and when you get to the seventh level, you are expected to have learnt something from the book. But you don't just learn one thing, there are numerous layers to peel away so you learn something this time around and the next time when you read it.
Content - Each level is aimed at laying a foundation to a better you and I strongly feel that this is a book you can read at various stages of your life. Each time you read this book, you will react to differently to the various levels and absorb different lessons.
What I liked - The thought process that has gone into this book is astounding and there is absolutely no way to finish this book without learning something from the Hefferon's thought process.
What I didn't like - There are bits (and very few bits) that are a wee bit preachy but I'm certain that different people will react differently to these bits.
Rating - 4.5 / 5 stars.
Disclosure - I received a complimentary copy from the author which did not affect my honest opinion.
Genre – Personal Development
Rating – PG
