Everywhere you look around, you find sick and fat people around you. At least that is my experience. In most cases the only solution that is provided to people with a health condition, is taking a pill (or even worse several different pills) with countless side effects. The only thing those drugs do, is to mask the symptoms, but almost never provide a cure in itself.
When I was diagnosed with heart disease several months ago my whole world seemed to break apart. Thankfully my doctor is not the type to just prescribe a pill and send me away. He told me that I needed to change my diet to see any long lasting improvement and maybe even get off the drugs, he had just prescribed to me. I was to try to introduce lots of fruits and veggies into my daily meal plan and kick all the ready-made and processed foods out of my pantry.
