Anti-Aging Therapies Super-Foods and More – Tina Willer
Genre – Alternative Healing
Rating - G
Price – Free Today
This extensive transcribed interview Tina Willer (interviewer) had with Mary Hoyer, Wellness Consultant covers health modalities Mary has used to turn back the clock on herself and her clients. She talks about what is anti-aging and breaks it down to the simplest level. "We are only as young as our cells are". Then she goes into what we can do to make our cells "more youthful". Mary healed herself from cancer using some of the alternative health procedures she talks about in the interview she had with Tina Willer and has been feeling more and more youthful ever since.

In this book "Anti-Aging Therapies Super Foods and More with Mary Hoyer" Mary says:

"When we think about Anti-Aging, what does that mean. I think we want to get down to the smallest level of the body… get down to the cells… how young or old are the cells in your body. And this has nothing to do with your chronological age.

You can be a child or you could be an octogenarian. I have seen some amazing people well into their 80's and 90's that put me to shame in my 40's. In fact, I have been reversing my age little by little after going through some serious health problems myself. And so it has really led me to discover some of the things that I will share with you in this interview.

When we talk about the age of the cell we need to think about basic cell function and what it needs to do. And it comes down to something very simple. We need to get nutrition and fluid into the cells and we need to get waste out. How quickly and efficiently can your cells do that?

Various cells in your body have different functions. How well are they utilizing the molecules and the nutrition to perform those functions?

Now when we think about the most basic things in life that make us feel good… make us feel healthy… of course: really good nutrition; good diet; sunshine; fresh air; water. These are all real basic things."

Shilajit – The Fountain of Youth Healing Mineral – Tina Willer
Genre – Alternative Healing
Rating – G
The name Shilajit has its origins in the Sanskrit language, which essentially means exuding from the rocks. In summers, due to the heat of sun, Shilajit oozes from the rocks of the Himalaya Mountains and down into the Hunza Valley in Pakistan. Shilajit contains more than eighty five minerals all present in ionic form.

The Hunza Valley where Shilajit was abundant was like "fountain of youth", with many Hunza people living well beyond 100 years old in great health. It was claimed that one of the reasons for the longevity of the Hunza people was due to the Shilajit in their water. The Hunza people were known as "some of the healthiest and oldest living people in the world".

Shilajit is often compared to amaretto or nectar from God in India. It is well known for providing youthfulness to mankind for his entire lifetime. It is used for alternative healing uses, as a mineral supplement, holistic medicine and is great for weight loss.

This book explains Shilajit minerals in detail. It also gives away some of the Longevity Secrets of the Hunza people.

Modern Tantra for Intoxicating Love Connections – Tina Willer
Genre - Relationships
Rating – PG13
There are many approaches to transforming and finding happiness in your life. Unlike Tantra, few encompass how we can harness and learn to draw on our sexual intelligence, creativity and joy.

When we are in our sexual energetic feeling, we are as open, vulnerable, loving and receptive as we will probably ever be. Modern Tantra teaches us to bring our consciousness and focus, to draw on even the subtlety of our sexual energy as a way to enliven and bring forth more creativity, joy and pleasure in all areas of our lives.

There is a systemic relationship of creativity and joy that is found everywhere. You can have more of this in your work, home life and personal relationships. You can see and feel it everywhere utilizing Modern Tantra principles.

With Modern Tantra just as with Ancient Tantra Yoga, we actually learn to convert our sexual energy and not just use it for sex but for every other task in our lives as well. We also learn that we can we use sexual energy not just in a relationship with another but also in relationship with ourselves.

How can we use our sexual energy to enliven ourselves? We can recycle not only garbage but also our own energy, similar to converting solar energy. We need to get out of our own way. We need to let go of whatever we bring with our sexual history that might keep us from being fully available, open and free. Clearing needs to happen in respect to our own sexual being in order for it to be available to us in other areas of our lives.

Ancient Tantra Yoga practices have been integrated with Modern Tantra to create a modern technology in terms of creative self-discovery, and practices that are more familiar to the western experience. Modern Tantra teaches you to become the observer of your own Self, through various practices and exercises and to make choices based on your observations.

Modern Tantra can make a huge difference in your life, connecting your life-force energy or sexual being, with your spiritual being and vice-versa. When this happens they are no longer a dichotomy. They can dance and integrate together. This gives you a better way of being whole in your self-awareness, feelings and also how you relate to your loved-ones and other relationships.

There may be an old story or experience that is buried in our physic or consciousness somewhere. It may include Love or lack thereof. Maybe we never felt Love from our dad or mom. We may have a broken heart or something we perceived as being negative may have happened in our life. When we start doing Modern Tantra practices and exercises of stillness, we start becoming more present to some of these stories as they pertain to what we want to create. It may be very well that story we are telling ourselves is keeping us from making the next step to create what we want in our lives.

Modern Tantra is not just for couples. Many people think they have to wait until they have found that prince or lovely lady or whomever they want be with to start practicing Modern Tantra. Singles can also use Modern Tantra practices to clear out whatever they want to clear out or open up. It can be so beneficial to singles to work with their own energy and open up and clear what might actually be in the way of finding that person for them.

Modern Tantra is also not bound to a sexual preference or age group. It is for everybody because it works with human energy. So it applies to all of us.

When a male can move his energy up into his heart instead of it being outward, he's not driven by it any longer. When a man's energy is outward it's harder for women to trust it. The feminine energy doesn't trust the male outward energy. It's not for connecting. When a man wants to connect with a woman, he can learn to move his energy up to his heart.

Modern Tantra exercises and practices are used to integrate our spiritual and sexual self. People's life can expand into all the creativity and splendor they desire. This is what Modern Tantra is about ultimately
